Standard delivery service is up to the curbside only. Liftgate is provided free of charge.

**WARRANTY COVERAGE**
The warranty coverage differs based on the condition of the product purchased.

Brand New:
• Machines, accessories, and parts: 1-Year Manufacturer's Parts Warranty.
• Consumables (inks, toners, drums, maintenance kits, toner bottles): 30-Day Warranty.
Demo & Refurbished Condition:
• 30-Day Parts Warranty.
• The warranty covers mechanical parts malfunctioning under normal use.
In the event of a defect, ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC, will decide whether:
• To fix the defect free of charge for parts and labor by repair.
• To replace the product with an equivalent or similar product.
Please note that the warranty does not include the following:
1. Consumables such as toners, drum units, developers, and fusers. Demo and refurbished units are sold with existing consumables installed at a minimum of 30%.
2. Repair charges not carried out or authorized by ABD OFFICE SOLUTIONS, INC., or parts damaged from installation by someone else.
3. Damage or failure due to not following the safety or operating instructions, acts of God, accidents, non-permissible or exceptional loading, erroneous handling, unauthorized modifications, or other effects caused by high voltage or current.
Used Condition:
• Sold “As Is.”
• No warranty is expressed or implied.
**RETURN POLICY**
I. Brand New Products
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• A 20% restocking fee applies.
• The box must be unopened.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
II. Demo/Refurbished/Used Products
No returns are accepted for demo, refurbished, or used products.
III. Damaged Shipment
If your package arrives with visible damages, do not open it. You may refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If you received it, please notify us immediately, along with photos and video, for documentation purposes.
**REPLACEMENT POLICY**
I. Eligibility for Replacements
• Product Not as Described: If the product is significantly different from the description,

• A product that is deemed defective and has identified issues that remain unresolved despite appropriate attempts at repair.
II. Return and Replacement Policy for Defective Machines
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• In the event of a defect, the customer must report it within two days of delivery and provide necessary documentation (photo and video proof for defective products).
• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
• A return label and instructions will be provided.
• The replacement machine will have similar or improved specifications compared to the defective unit.
• The replacement machine will be shipped once your return has been received and inspected by our team.
**REFUND POLICY**
I. Eligibility for Refunds
1. Defective Product: Must be reported within two days of delivery, along with photo and video proof.
2. Service Issues: If the service received did not resolve the issue.
3. Product Not as Described: If the product is significantly different from the description.
4. Order Cancellation: If the order was canceled before it was shipped.
II. Process for Refunds
